TERMS OF USE FOR IMPLANT ARMY

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR PURCHASING ANY IMPLANT ARMY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

By accessing, registering for, or purchasing any Implant Army Masterclass, Bootcamp, or Mentorship program (collectively the "Services"), you signify your consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Services.

1. SERVICE AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

1.1 Implant Army and its affiliated entities (the "Company") retain full ownership of all content, including but not limited to:

  • Video training materials

  • Written documentation

  • Proprietary methodologies

  • Webinar recordings

  • Presentation slides

  • Graphics

  • Audio materials

  • Text-based resources

1.2 The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational content solely for your personal professional development.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2.1 All trade names, trademarks, logos, and biographical information used in the Company's content are the property of Implant Army.

2.2 No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the Company.

3. CONTENT AND SERVICE DISCLAIMERS

3.1 The Company provides educational services "as is" without warranties of specific outcomes or guaranteed results.

3.2 Participants acknowledge that:

  • Individual success depends on personal effort, skill, and implementation

  • Results may vary based on individual circumstances

  • The Company makes no guarantees of financial or professional success

4. REGISTRATION AND COMMUNICATION

4.1 By registering for Services, you consent to receive electronic communications, including:

  • Course updates

  • Newsletters

  • Program announcements

  • Relevant educational materials

5. PRIVACY AND DATA

5.1 The Company will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at [www.implantarmy.com/pricavypoliy].

5.2 The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect participant data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. FINANCIAL TERMS

6.1 All fees are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.

6.2 Currency Specification

  • All prices advertised for Implant Army Services are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

  • All payment transactions, invoicing, and financial interactions will be conducted exclusively in US

  • Dollars.

  • Participants are responsible for any currency conversion costs or international transaction fees.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing

  • Change course content

  • Cancel or reschedule programs

  • Limit or terminate access to Services

8. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

8.1 Participants agree to:

  • Maintain professional conduct

  • Protect confidential course materials

  • Not share or distribute proprietary content

  • Comply with ethical standards of practice

8.2 Professional Conduct and Patient Safety

  • Participants acknowledge the critical importance of patient safety and professional standards.

  • The instructor reserves the right to intervene at any time during the course if they believe such

  • intervention is necessary to:

○ Ensure patient well-being

○ Maintain professional medical standards

○ Prevent potential harm or unethical practices

  • Participants agree to immediately follow the instructor's guidance in such interventions.

9. TRAVEL AND EVENT CANCELLATION

9.1 Event Cancellation Policy

  • Implant Army shall not be responsible for compensating any travel-related expenses incurred by participants in the event of:

○ Bootcamp cancellation

○ Mentorship program cancellation

○ Course postponement or relocation

  • Participants are solely responsible for their travel arrangements and associated costs.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program with reasonable notice.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

10.1 Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of course materials

  • Unauthorized content distribution

  • Professional practices implemented from course teachings

  • Any actions that may compromise patient safety

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

11.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

11.2 Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Quebec, with jurisdiction seated in Montreal.

12. MODIFICATIONS

12.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

12.2 Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. TRAVEL AND MEDICAL PROVISIONS

13.1 Medical Emergencies and Liability

  • In the event a participant becomes ill, suffers an accident, or experiences any medical emergency

  • during the course of Implant Army programs:

○ Implant Army shall not be responsible for any medical expenses

○ The participant shall be solely responsible for all medical treatment costs

○ The participant acknowledges that they are responsible for their own medical care and

associated expenses

○ Implant Army is not obligated to provide medical assistance or bear any financial responsibility

for medical treatments

13.2 Travel Insurance Requirements

  • Travel Insurance Requirements

○ Obtain and maintain a comprehensive travel insurance policy

○ Ensure the travel insurance is valid for the entire duration of their stay in Colombia

○ Provide proof of travel insurance upon request

○ The travel insurance must cover:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Hospitalization

  • Medical evacuation

  • Repatriation

○ All costs associated with travel insurance are the sole responsibility of the participant

13.3 Travel Documentation

  • Participants are exclusively responsible for:

○ Obtaining a valid passport

○ Securing all necessary visas for entry into Colombia

○ Meeting all immigration and customs requirements

○ Paying any associated immigration, visa, or customs fees

  • Implant Army will not:

○ Assist in visa applications

○ Be responsible for any travel documentation issues

○ Provide compensation for denied entry or travel restrictions

○ Refund program fees due to documentation problems

13.4 Travel Compliance

  • Participants acknowledge that failure to meet travel documentation requirements:

○ Does not entitle them to a refund

○ Is entirely their own responsibility

○ May result in exclusion from the program without compensation

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

14.2 Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Quebec, with jurisdiction seated in Montreal.

ACCEPTANCE

BY ACCESSING OR PURCHASING IMPLANT ARMY SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.
